I was supposed to be on the flight on monday august 19th at 00:35 (LH7015) – Airline reference P5ECIM. When I arrived at the airport, I was not on the passenger list!!! They gave me another ticket for today (Monday 19th) at 23h25 (LH797) with no comprensation and no discussion even hotel voucher and/or diner voucher. Lucky I have friends who could welcome me in town.I just don’t understand what happened and because of that will have issues in France as I was having meetings.
