  1. This morning I spoke with 3 different people about having my bags delivered to me since SW did not get them on my flight and they went to Denver and were still there when I landed at 10:25. This morning, I again used the tracking bags app and found they were on a flight this morning. Yolina, was helpful, took down the bag info, etc. and said they would be delivered in 4-6 hours. she then called back 15 minutes later and said I would have to pick them up since I did not fill out a bag report. I explained I tried to fill one out however, the website told me to call the 888 number which I did, spoke to Kevin, who transferred me to Sacto. Jenna, the unhelpful supervisor, then gets on the phone to explain the 4 hour policy which no one at BWI explained when SW rebooked my flight without my agreement, while I was in the air for a flight the next morning, but I made the connection and then had to re-book the re-booking back to my original flight. So, I have saved your company a hotel stay and meals, by making my original connection on time CF#4WCZWI. So, the least you can do for an entire day from 11 am to 11 pm of delays, incorrect bookings, and not having my bags arrive when I arrive, deliver my bags. Jenna, said she would “as a courtesy” fill out the bag report and she would transfer me back to a bag service to fill it out and I could pay for delivery; I was on hold for over 50 minutes, no one came on the line, and while waiting, Laura called to leave a voicemail that she was filing a report, ending with I would have to pick the bags up. AFter flying all day, and then using your app to track bags, and there is no update to where the bags are, I figured I would find out in the morning and call. Here is your line “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenient you have experienced while traveling on SW. Rest assured, your business means the world to us, and we would never intentionally jeopardize your continued patronage” REally???? I have spent over an hour and a half on the phone being transferred back and forth; trying to get some satisfactory resolution or even someone to “do the right thing” to provide good customer service and just deliver the bags has been worse than the awful day of flying with SW yesterday. So, I would like to be reimbursed the $39.95 (maybe you can put it on my SW credit card). Also some suggestions, (1) don’t rebook flights without acknowledgment of the traveller (I made the connection), (2) when rebooking me back the rep might want to say your bags might not arrive, so make sure you fill out a report within 4 hours (by 2 AM). (3) even if the app can’t tell you where the bags are. you need to fill out a report (4) send Jenna back to customer service training 101 or go work at Nordstroms or Delta or United who handle customers with care and actually make the customers feel they are important to their business (5) have someone who has authority be able to make a decision instead of filling out reports that someone “will get back to you in three days”.
